「循環供應鏈」(Circular Supply Chain) 係指產品及能資源可在整個經濟體系內，不斷地循環使用，相對於線性供應鏈的運作模式，循環供應鏈更強調產業上中下游的溝通與合作，以提供市場更優質的產品與服務。根據BBC報導，以紡織品為例，目前全球年產生9,200萬噸廢棄紡織品，至2030年將達1億3,000萬噸，廢棄紡織品由於回收成本高，目前只能當作垃圾掩埋或焚燒，亟需品牌及供應鏈展開合作，以創新的商業模式來解決。本案由IKEA、遠東新世紀、鎰呈行共同支持由中華經濟研究院執行經濟部工業局2022年「建構循環供應鏈對接機制」，進行國內首例廢布全循環回收推廣工作，並以紀錄片的形式，記錄廢品回收再生成為新品的過程。

IKEA 是世界領先的瑞典家具與居家用品零售企業，在本專案將零售店即期品進行蒐集及分類，再重新循環為新品，實現「IKEA to IKEA」封閉循環模式；
遠東新世紀為台灣規模最大與最多元化的綠色材料相關製造商，於本專案提供布到布回收技術TOPGREEN®rTEX，以廢棄聚酯紡織品經過粉碎、熔融造粒、抽絲及假撚加工製成回收纖維；
鎰呈行為台灣績優布料製造與研發商，在專案擔任整合角色，統合各利害關係人所需，並與供應鏈夥伴協作克服再生材料於後端織布、上色等製造技術問題，以廢布回收再製產出新品。

IKEA is a world-leading Swedish furnishing and home decoration retailer. In this Project, IKEA collects and classifies the waste products in retail stores, and recycles them into new products, realizing the "IKEA to IKEA Closed-loop Model "
Far Eastern New Century is the largest and most diversified manufacturer of green materials in Taiwan. In this project, they provided textile recycling technology, TOPGREEN® rTEX, via shredding, melting, pelletizing, spinning, and false-twisting processing.
Yee Chain is a Taiwanese fabric manufacturer and developer. The company is responsible for coordinating the needs between parties. The company integrates partners and overcomes technical fabric problems to make recycled materials back into products.
